1. Description

Brokering requests for changes to network jacks including adding new jacks, re-locating them, changing their parameters and activating or de-activating network access between ebc Cluster Customers and the Government's Integrated Network provider.

4. Client Obligations

Service requests are made through the ebc Service Desk
ensure on-call access to network facilities on 24-7 basis

5. Client Costs

EDS network provisioning is made centrally from an annual appropriation through Management Board Secrertariat (MBS)
internal ebc Cluster costs associated with Incident Management and logging and EDS Contact liaison activities are paid from an annual appropriation to the Minister of Labour on behalf of all ebc Cluster ministries

6. Dependencies

network jack moves, adds and changes and activations and de-activations are performed by the Government's Integrated Network Provider and terms are set forth in an SLA between Management Board Secretariat (MBS) and the provider - EDS
Network Access Request Form (NARF) must be properly completed, authorized and submitted by business users to ebcIT which administers the contractual obligations with EDS on behalf of the Cluster

brokering move, add, change and activation/de-activation requests between Cluster clients and Integrated Network Provider
