- review of existing roles/responsibilities, accountabilities and measurements, recommendations on how to enhance strategic role of BSMs/AEs, tactical steps to implement, review of job descriptions, implementation plan for changes, and execution of implementation plan etc. Outcome: improved clarity on BSM/AE role, accountabilities and measurement and more strategic use of senior position and talent,
- Complete and implement HR strategy for ITS and AS including leveraging work done on bucket 3 and 4 per major platform, sustaining ITIL processes, server and data center rationalization and full implementation of ITS infrastructure development. Exercise FTE/FFS framework for cluster,
- execution of strategy with ITMCs to review I&IT staff outside of EBC,
- Implementation of findings from Western Management review of senior staff - includes an analysis of feedback findings, development of action steps/recommendations, and presentation to ITMCs and/or SMCs,
- continue the execution of Project Management training program. Tactical steps to include the completion of first wave PM training, course evaluation, assignment of all PM graduates, implementation of second wave of PM training, including next first wave class,
- Awards/recognition program in EBC including proposal development and execution within EBC,
- review and updating as well as execution of existing orientation program for new staff, on a quarterly/tertiary basis, depending on the number of new cluster staff,
- Cluster meetings - scheduling, planning, agenda management, communication, hosting and post-meeting follow-up for cluster meetings. To be held (approx) in June, September, and February,
