ebc Service Commitments
- Continued alignment with corporate initiatives in Integrated Network Project, desktops, directory, security and Total Cost of Ownership,
- Planning and implementation of IM/IT planning and ESD planning, consistent with corporate and ministry timelines including a more integrated BP process,
- Development and implementation of standards for cluster including CRM, tools/version, workflow, document management and small case management,
- Planning and implementation of IM/IT planning and ESD planning, consistent with corporate and ministry timelines including a more integrated BP process,
- a conversation and documentation of use of single EBC domain by AGCO and any other areas in cluster that could benefit from joining single EBC domain,
- procurement and implementation of a standard web content tool in the cluster ministries,
- reduce EBC data centers from 6 to two or three and demonstrate cost savings,
- implement plan/strategy developed in 02-03 to use large servers and capacity management tools to achieve overall server consolidation and reduced operating costs,
- review of the virus protection in standardized cluster desktop image, with appropriate recommendations for improvements, business case and implementation plan,
- review of the spam protection software in place in EBC, including review of other clusters' spamming capabilities, corporate policies/practices, ways to improve client protections from scamming/unwanted external email, business case and implementation on approval,
