1. Description

Identifying and prioritizing projects in line with the operational plan and the adoption and application of sound project management techniques for each project undertaken.

2. Service Activities

PM framework: periodically review a general project management framework which defines the scope and boundaries of managing projects, as well as the project management methodology to be adopted and applied to each project undertaken,

Quality assurance plan: develop a quality plan for every new or modified system which is then integrated with affected project plans and formally reviewed and agreed to by all parties,

Project risk management: conduct a project risk management program for eliminating or minimizing risks associated with individual projects (i.e. identifying and controlling the areas or events that have the potential to cause unwanted change),

Cost estimation: provide estimations of costs of projects for Application Services managers.

  • working with SMT to identify and implement changes to PMO processes and tool in Cluster. Tactical steps may include templates, financial tracking/project accounting of EBC projects, implementation of PM measurement on project quality/meet business objectives, development of plan for evolving Invision and PMO processes, and evolution of Invision based on documented plan.
