Service - Additional Software
Installation of supported software (ie., service desk will attempt to resolve incidents associated with software usage) not included as part of standard Technology Toolset - examples include MS Project, Visio, Adobe Photoshop, Citrix, Rational Rose. These products are paid by the ordering organization through a Purchase Order. May be ordered as part of new toolset or at any time.
