  4. Information sharing should occur in a secure environment appropriate to the sensitivity of the information collected.
  5. Information sharing should support the delivery of quality services and make more efficient use of service delivery resources.
  6. Information sharing should enable appropriate planning and management of government resources.
  7. Sharing information between authorized users should be done in a consistent manner across the sector
