Application Criticality

Severity 1 - A major service disruption situation which impacts a critical service to the customer. The service is unrecoverable and a large number of users are affected and are unable to perform a significant portion of their jobs. Severity 2 - A situation which results in a loss of major function to a customer and severely impacts service. A group of users are affected and unable to perform a portion of their jobs.

Severity 3 - A situation of minimal customer impact. Workaround is available. A single user or small number of users are affected.
