Risk Register
A tool commonly used in Risk Management for identifying, analyzing and managing risks. A risk is an uncertain event that, should it occur, will have an impact on the project or operation (positive or negative). The register contains the information on the identified and collected project risks. Typically a risk register contains:
- Description
- Impact upon occurrence
- Probability of occurrence
- Planned response upon occurrence
- Mitigation actions
- Prioritization.
